Our dried slab apricots are made from the most perfectly ripe, juicy fruit picked at peak sweetness, giving them an incredibly moist, rich flavor and a naturally intense aroma. Unlike traditional dried apricots, these “slabs” form from ultra-ripe fruit that gently flattens as it dries, creating thick, chewy pieces with a lush, tangy sweetness that melts in every bite. Slightly irregular in shape, but unforgettable in taste.
